Is CBD legal?
Yes, it is! Most CBD products are legal in all across the United States. This is because a majority of CBD products are derived from Hemp instead of Marijuana. In 2018 the United States Legislature passed the Farm Bill. The Farm Bill is a law that goes under revision every five years. The 2018 version of the bill included a section stating that industrial Hemp with less than 0.3% THC concentration is legal to buy and sell across the country. This was great news for CBD, as Hemp tends to contain much high concentrations of CBD than THC.
CBD products that are derived from Marijuana and/or contain more than 0.3% THC are a different story. The legality of those products varies from state to state and is not legal federally.
Will CBD gummies get me high?
No, they will not get you high. As mentioned above, CBD does get mixed with THC often, but they are two different compounds. THC is the component of Cannabis that has a psychoactive effect. It does this by directly binding with the endocannabinoid receptors, CB1 and CB2. This may create a change in appetite, memory and other cognitive functions. However, as discussed above, CBD doesn’t do that. By merely interacting with the receptors, CBD may boost certain cognitive functions, but it does not have the same sort of dulling effect that THC does.
So, if your main hesitation or concern about using CBD lies with the fear of unintentionally getting high, there is no need for worry. While some CBD products do have THC in them, they are legally required to contain less than 0.3%, which is not enough to get most people high.
What are cannabinoids?
Cannabinoids are natural chemicals found in the hemp plants that interact with different receptors in the body to produce a wide variety of benefits and effects. There are over 100 cannabinoids in the cannabis plant, but the two most common cannabinoids are THC and CBD. Each cannabinoid reacts differently with different receptors in the brain and body, which is why THC and CBD offer different physical and mental effects.
What are terpenes?
Terpenes are the natural compounds responsible for the unique aromas and flavors of all plants. Some terpenes, many of them found in CBD, are believed to also have healing properties that impact the benefit of the plant on the body. For example, a common terpene in hemp plants is Myrcene, which gives the plant its earthy aroma, and its relaxation properties are known to be beneficial for inflammation, pain and insomnia. This, along with many other terpenes in cannabis, is what makes the plant so special.
What is the endocannabinoid system?
The endocannabinoid system is a molecular system responsible for regulating and balancing many processes in the body, including immune response, communication between cells, appetite and metabolism, memory, and more. Studies have shown that it is through this system of receptors and metabolic enzymes that cannabinoids interact with the human body and trigger beneficial effects.
Are your products third party tested?
All our products are third-party tested for efficacy, purity and content. We provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to show exactly what is in our products.
What dosage should I take?
Everyone is unique and the fact remains that everyone is in a different place and will react differently to their CBD dosage. As dosage of CBD differs for each person, it is best to start small and gradually increase at a comfortable level until you experience the desired result.
What is Delta 8-THC?
Delta 8-THC or Delta 8-Tetrahydrocannabinol is a new, cutting edge cannabinoid (derived from Hemp) which carries psychoactive effects and euphoric feelings associated with the typical properties associated with cannabis use. Additionally, Delta 8-THC is known for its anti-nausea, anti-anxiety, appetite stimulating and stress reducing properties.
What is Delta 9-THC?
Delta 9-THC or Delta 9-Tetrahydrocannabinol is the traditional version of THC and is the active ingredient in the Marijuana plant. This cannabinoid is responsible for the psychoactive effects experienced after consuming a marijuana product and is currently federally illegal and illegal in most states.
How is Delta 8-THC legal to produce and sell in the USA?
Since products contain only Delta 8-THC made from 100% Hemp extract, companies are able to fully legally manufacture, distribute and sell to consumers in the United States. Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, ratified and signed into law in December 2018, Cannabis containing less than 0.3% Delta 9-THC is legally classified as Hemp and thus is legal for all intents and purposes under federal law. Let’s also not forget, THC itself isn’t federally illegal, only specifically Delta 9-THC is.
What is the difference between CBD and THC?
The difference in CBD (Cannabidiol) and THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is that CBD doesn’t carry the psychoactive effects that THC does. CBD can be used for numerous health reasons but it will never give the consumer the psychoactive effects that Delta 8 and Delta 9 would provide. THC carries most, if not all benefits of CBD, but also introduces the “high” euphoric feeling which can be hugely beneficial for many users.
What does “Hemp Derived THC” mean?
“Hemp Derived THC” means that the THC is entirely produced from Hemp. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, which clarifies that “Hemp” is any cannabis plant containing less than 0.3% Delta 9-THC, Hemp is federally legal for all purposes under federal law. Marijuana or any cannabis plant containing more than 0.3% Delta 9-THC is not used in any “Hemp Derived THC” product.
Is it legal to have Delta 8-THC sent through the mail?
Absolutely, Delta 8-THC can be sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS) legally. Thanks to a clarification published in the USPS regulations, Hemp products (just like Delta 8-THC) can safely and legally be shipped within the United States.
What Are the Benefits of Delta-8 THC?
The benefits of delta-8 are very similar to the benefits you’ll find in almost every part of the cannabis plant. These benefits include:
- Increased or stimulated appetite
- Relaxation and reduced stress levels
- Feelings of happiness and/or euphoria
- Help with insomnia and nighttime restlessness
- Pain relief, including chronic pain
- Stomach soothing, nausea relief

What is HHC-O?
HHC-O is a new Hemp-derived cannabinoid that is extracted from Hemp using a clean manufacturing process. HHC-O is a hydrogenated compound that binds to different receptors than regular Hemp cannabinoids such as Delta-8. A perk of hydrogenation is that it gives stability at the molecular level. HHC-O is thought to digest in the body the same way as Delta 9 THC. It is said that HHC-O is more potent than Delta-8 and Delta-10.
How is HHC-O legal to produce and sell in the USA?
Since products contain only HHC-O made from 100% Hemp extract, companies are able to fully legally manufacture, distribute and sell to consumers in the United States.
What Does HHC Feel Like?
HHC’s effects are very similar to those of THC, such as feelings of euphoria, increased heart rate, and body temperature, as well as altered visual and auditory perceptions. Some HHC users describe its effects as more relaxing than stimulating, similar to delta 8.
Is HHC stronger than delta-8?
HHC is stronger than Delta 8 THC but less psychoactive than THC-O.
What is THC-O?
THC-O is a new, cutting edge cannabinoid (derived from Hemp just like Delta 8) which carries psychoactive effects and euphoric feelings associated with the typical properties associated with cannabis use. It is rumored that THC-O is roughly 3 times more potent than regular THC. Additionally, THC-O is known for its anti-nausea, anti-anxiety, appetite stimulating and stress reducing properties.
What are the effects of THC-O?
The medicinal effects of THC are pretty well-known. THC-O doesn’t differ in that regard. Where it does diverge is in its recreational effects (its high).
Many describe the effects of THC-O as very spiritual and introspective. Some even liken the trip to LSD and shrooms – something regular THC products can’t claim.
One thing of note is that, like edibles, you’ll have to wait 20 to 30 minutes before you feel the effects of THC-O. This is because your body has to separate (digest) the acetate molecule from the THC molecule before it’s sent to your brain.
Quick facts about THC-O
- THC-O is a prodrug of delta 9 THC
- THC-O is 3 times more potent than delta 9 THC
- THC-O is 5 times more potent than delta 8 THC
- THC-O is a synthetic cannabinoid (it does not occur in nature)
- THC-O has psychedelic effects – altering our perception of time & sensory information
- There’s no evidence to suggest THC-O is particularly dangerous, but none to prove it’s safe either
- THC-O is not affected by tolerance formation to delta 8 or delta 9 THC
What is THC-P?
THC-P is the new and strongest cannabinoid to date(derived from Hemp just like Delta 8) which carries psychoactive effects and euphoric feelings associated with the typical properties associated with cannabis use. It has been said that THC-P is the strongest THC out there. Additionally, THC-P is known for its anti-nausea, anti-anxiety, appetite stimulating and stress reducing properties.
THCP first begins as a substance initially formed as cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), known as the “mother cannabinoid” from which cannabinoids derive from. As carboxyl groups (molecules comprising one carbon, two oxygen, and one hydrogen atom) from the molecule. This happens when the plant part is heated.
Otherwise, it has no biological effect. Depending on the various enzymes with which it interacts, CBGA can become tetrahydrocannabinol acid (THCA) or cannabidiol acid (CBDA), among others. Again, these have little effect when consumed. It’s only when the carboxyl group falls off that they do.
By the same token, TCHPA (Tetrahydrocannabiphorol Acid) and CBDPA (Cannabidiphorol Acid) become THCP and CBDP when heated. They compose only a small percentage of a plant’s overall cannabinoid makeup – and they’re quite potent. In fact, THCP is 33 times stronger than regular THC, which means its effects on the body are amplified.
